The Mexican Geological Survey presented to the geosciences community in the country, the advance of the first version of Stratigraphic Lexicon of Mexico (LEM), which sets out the date, systematic geological record of stratigraphic units present mainly in northern Mexico. The analysis is performed in accordance with the procedures established in the North American Stratigraphic Code (NACSN, 2005). These units are under constant review and / or updated.
