Certifications of Reserves |

The Certifications of Reserves are field and laboratory works performed by the Mexican Geological Service to certify the amount of positive and probable reserves exist on a deposit, previously blocked out by individuals.
Requirements for service:
Present in Central Offices or in any Regional Office of the Mexican Geological Service, the "Request for Certification of Reserves" (format SGM-00-001 ) duly filled out and / or request in writing to the Agency.

Applications may be submitted:
- Personally
- Legal representative
- Messaging
- Mail
Documents annexed to the application:
- Existing documentation that covers the legal possession of the mining lot and / or property.
- Where appropriated, Letter or legal accreditation to force, if necessary.
- Photo ID (copy).
- Where evaluative study containing have: subdivision plans mining, geological, topographical and sampling, memory calculation, certified laboratory and longitudinal and transverse sections, please send copy.

Cost of service:
- The cost of execution of the work is variable, but in case of concluding the contract, stipulated therein.
Standard of the service (response time):
- Information: Within a 21 working days from receipt of the request, will communicate to the applicant the conditions in which the service will be provided.
- Execution of works: The term will depend on the quantity and quality of information available and the magnitude of the work to develop.
Confidentiality of information:
Generated information is strictly confidential in favor of the applicant and will have the effect to be agreed with the applicant and provided in the contract, commencing from the date of delivery of the final report and certificate. During this period, can only be composed of the SGM to its cartographic geological mining or consulted by the public upon approval of the applicant.

- Original copy of the contract
- Final printed report
- Certificate endorsed by the Agency
